Late/Cancellation Policies
These policies are put in place to make sure that all my clients have the best experience at SunGlow Wax and Esthetics. My policies are written below and clients must agree to these terms when booking any service.
Cancellation Policy:
If you no call/no show an appointment, before you are able to come back to receive another service, you will be sent an invoice for 75% of the cost of the services that you scheduled and missed. This must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment.
More than 1 no call/no show will result in termination of the client.
I want to account for last minute life things, so I allow cancellations to be made up until 12am on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel after 12am on the day of your appointment, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the cost of the service. This must be paid before your next appointment. I understand that things come up, but this accounts for the loss of another client filling in your time slot.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted me, your appointment will be recorded as a no call/no show.
If you have contacted me to let me know you’re on your way and will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, the service can still be done at my discretion. If I’m not able to accommodate your service into my schedule that day, you will be able to reschedule your appointment without having to pay a cancellation invoice. You will still have a no call/no show strike on your client profile.
Scheduling Etiquette
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
Despite text/email reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid tardy/missed appointments, and being charged according to my policy.
